Abstract:
Obesity is generally measured by a person’s body mass index (BMI), which is a weight-to-height ratio. A BMI of 25 is considered overweight; 30 is obese. Everyday, there are many people who have no or irregular physical activity. These people live a sedentary lifestyle. However, lack of physical deaths is one of the leading causes of preventable death worldwide. Our research is to find out that lack of exercise affects the Body-Mass-Index. Lack of exercise causes the person to be more prone to many medical conditions. So, upon the completion of our research, we want to spread the word about the effects of lack of exercise.
