Annex G - Peer Appraisal

Issac - I would like to praise Xavier for his wonderful commitment in taking his initiative. We would have been left behind and had the risk of failing our IRS if it wasn't for his initiative. I would like to praise Jun Kai for keeping up with me as although we like to argue a lot, he was able to cooperate with me in the end. I would like to Roger for improving very little though it was insufficient as he tends to be too relaxed in his tasks that causes delays but I am happy to see the little improvement he has made although he needs to improve more. Overall, I would like to praise for their cooperation with me as although there were times we all have been too relaxed, they were able to keep up with me most of the time.
